Welcome to 2026, a year we’ve been quietly working toward here at the Mansion! This is the year we look ahead to opening our doors, and so much is unfolding behind the scenes as we move through the heart of winter. While the grounds rest, plans continue to take shape, details are refined, and momentum builds to the grand opening.
Before long, spring will return, bringing green grass, blooming plants, birdsong, and the familiar stir of life across the property. We can hardly wait for the hum of lawnmowers and pool jets! We’re so grateful to begin this year with you and excited to share what’s ahead!
As you read along, you’ll notice this newsletter unfolds much like a walk through the Mansion itself:
We’ll begin inside these walls, sharing progress and moments from within the house, then pause at the designer’s desk for a look at the creative decisions and partnerships shaping each space.
From there, we’ll step around the estate to take in the grounds and the natural rhythms that surround the home, before ending with a taste from the kitchen, where food, stories, and gathering bring everything together.
It’s our way of inviting you into the flow of life at the Mansion, one thoughtful detail at a time.
