It feels like we've blinked... and suddenly it's July! Happy Fourth of July weekend from all of us at Mansion on Waverly Hill!

If you've been wondering where your Mansion Messenger has been, we've been busy making progress. Between construction, launching our YouTube channel, welcoming more than ONE MILLION combined followers, and planning the extraordinary guest experience that will one day welcome visitors through our front doors, the weeks have flown by.

We've checked off some exciting milestones, including installing the new subfloor in the penthouse sunroom and welcoming the long-awaited kitchenettes for every guest suite, to name a few.

Speaking of deliveries... one unexpected sign of progress? Mountains of cardboard! Every box we unpack means another piece of the puzzle is falling into place.

Outside, we safely removed the large tree that threatened the Mansion's original pool fence and cleared the overgrown stone flower beds that welcome visitors to the estate.

Inside, we're putting the finishing touches on the second-floor wallpaper! Each guest suite is beginning to reveal its own personality. Fud even surprised us by installing the wallpaper in the Lobby Lounge bathroom downstairs, giving us an exciting first glimpse of the Mansion's evolving first floor.

As we celebrate America 250, we're reminded that every restored room, preserved detail, and thoughtful decision helps carry a small piece of history into the future. Thank you for being part of the journey. We're so glad you're here!

Lately, we've caught Tim and Ariel turning the Mansion's front lawn into their own personal pitch-and-putt course. We're beginning to think this is how all important meetings happen now!

Just down the road, another piece of history rolled through our corner of Pennsylvania as the legendary Union Pacific Big Boy No. 4014 steamed through Dalton. Watching one of the world's largest steam locomotives pass by was a reminder that history isn't only preserved inside museum walls.
